May 13, 2015 - News services are reporting that North Korea used a ZPU-4 14.5mm anti aircraft gun to execute a top official, Defense Minister Hyon Yong Chol, in front of a selected group of North Korean officials on April 30, 2015. Reportedly his offenses were second guessing Kim Jong Un's orders and falling asleep at high level events.
