On Dow's Lake on the Rideau Canal in Ottawa is a boat rental shop that rents Dragon boats. For $80 Canadian they will rent you a boat for you and your crew for 10 sessions. You can also rent canoes, kayaks, and paddle boats. There's also a Mexican restaurant there, but I don't know how good it is.
