28 Captured Nazi Eagle Carving

This wood carving of an eagle clutching a Nazi Swastika was captured from the 107 German Infantry Regiment Idar - Oberstein, Germany in March, 1945. It was given to the West Point Museum by General George S. Patton and the officers and men of the Third US Army.
