The B4 triangles indicate filler points for the 2 main fuel tanks for the turbine engines. These were filled with a nasty smelling brown synthetic fuel oil produced from coal known as J2. The engines were started on a mix of J2 and lubricant from tanks in the nacelles, then switched to straight J2 once the combustion chamber was hot enough.
