25 Bomarc Missile

It is a Bomarc missile. Nuclear tipped, it was to be fired northwards towards the pole and set off in hopes that it would take out Russian bombers that were inbound. Canada had seventy plus Bomarc missiles, all with nuclear warheads. Phased out of service in the very early 1970's.
